PTTF is a non-denominational organization that has a national outlook. It has been in existence since 2003. It is burdened by the state of the church which is characterized by worldliness and spiritual compromise. To check the rising stem of this situation, we need to identify and help to train pastors to obtain standard theological training from accredited theological schools and seminaries.

The vision to start this ministry was given to Mr. Barnabas Atiyaye while attending the Vinning College of Theology, Akure. The Pastor's Training Trust Fund is a group of dedicated christians who are burdened by the dearth of qualified and trained pastors who are divinely called, people who are saddled with the responsibilities of giving spiritual leadership to christians and the Nation.

Our main aim is to raise both the qualitative and quantitative levels of our pastors. PTTF is out to give assistance to those who otherwise would have found it difficult to get trained.
